Every year I make a list of goals that I would like to accomplish before December 31st. Last year, I didn’t finish my list due to some unfortunate events. I spoke about this in my last post; you can find it here. Because my goal list wasn’t completed, I walked out of 2017 feeling a little defeated. This year I only have 3 goals and they are pretty simple.
I would like to live a healthier life. I already go to the gym every night, but I know that my diet could use some changes. I won’t lie; I love snacks. I also know that I need to drink more water. I think that if I can get myself into a routine, I will be able to get myself on track.
I want to make friends. I know this sounds dumb. We just moved to Georgia and I would like to have some people that I can hang out with or just sit and talk with. I feel like my husband is training all the time, so it would be nice to have a friend that understands what I am going through.
My final goal is more of a professional one. I want to be happy with the work I do. What I mean by this is that no matter how much work I get done, or what I do, I want to know that I worked as hard as I could and I am happy with the outcome.
2018 is already off to a wonderful start and I am super focused on making it the best year yet.
